EU Funds: planned changes in the calls of Enterprises and Innovations Operational Programme for Entrepreneurs
The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MIT) has announced the introduction of new conditions with the aim to increase the transparency in the provision of subsidies. These should be reflected in the planned calls announced from June 2018. Below is a quote from the official announcement of the MIT.
Applicant / recipient cannot be subject to the following on the application date:
- Does not fulfil the obligations according to Section 563/1991 Coll., Act on Accounting, especially the obligation to make the financial statement public in the relevant register according to Section 304/2013 Sb., Act on the public register of legal and physical entities. This obligation will apply only to subjects that have to make the financial statements public by law.
- Does not have actual owners registered according to Section §4 (4) of Act No. 253/2008 Coll., on certain measures against the legalisation of proceeds from crime and the financing of terrorism in the register of real owners according to Section § 118b (1) of Act No. 304/2013 Coll., on the public register of legal and physical entities. We would like to point out to the applicant that, for the year 2018, the entry of these facts into the registry is exempt from the fee.
- Is a limited liability company, where the master data list is issued to the share (shares) of the shareholder (stakeholders) according to Section § 137 of Act No. 90/2012 Coll., on commercial companies and cooperatives (Business Corporations Act).
