Moore Stephens buying successor of DTI Consult
Prague, November 7th, 2016: The advisory firm Moore Stephens took over the accounting firm TAA Consult s.r.o., the legal successor of DTI Consult s.r.o., and successfully concluded several months of negotiations.
On the 1st of November 2016, Mr. Miroslav Jandečka, Managing Partner of Moore Stephens, and Mrs. Marie Hlaváčová, Executive of TAA Consult s.r.o. signed a contract on the transfer of 100 % of the shares. Both were appointed Managing Directors of the new company TAA Consult s.r.o., which was formed from the spin-off company DTI Consult s.r.o.
“The aim of both of our firms is to build on the existing work in the company’s existing office and take advantage of the opportunities through cooperation with other colleagues and offices of Moore Stephens in the Czech Republic,” commented Marie Hlaváčová. “We are not aware of any other major audit and tax consulting company built and owned by a majority of Czech partners in the Czech Republic. This obliges us to provide our clients with services at the highest level,” added Miroslav Jandečka, Managing Partner of Moore Stephens.
For Moore Stephens, it is not the first big change this year. In January 2016, the firm announced a merger with ADEUS, owned by Mr. Martin Tuček, the Vice President of the Chamber of Tax Advisors. In the coming days, Moore Stephens should also announce the accession of a new member firm based in Brno.
